Newsletter privacy

BirdiePole is operated by Fairway Signal LLC. This policy explains how we handle information on this marketing website and through the BirdiePole newsletter. On-course video recording and use of the BirdiePole app are covered by our app privacy policy and terms of service. Joining this newsletter does not create an app account or register you for recording.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your email and subscription record to manage your signup, send a signup confirmation, and send the BirdiePole news, launch updates, and course announcements you requested. We use source codes to understand which events and links bring people to the newsletter. Security information helps prevent automated or abusive submissions.

We do not sell your newsletter information or use it for advertising profiles.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to view aggregate reports about visits to this marketing website and how its pages perform in visitors’ browsers. This helps us understand which pages people read and identify performance problems.

The analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage. We do not use it for advertising profiles or email-open tracking. Cloudflare receives network information when handling requests; its analytics data and privacy documentation explains how that information is processed.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our signup records. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam. Cloudflare Email Service sends signup confirmations. Cloudflare may process technical information as described in its Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We will update this policy before introducing another service to send our newsletter. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect this service from abuse.

Unsubscribe or manage your data

Use the unsubscribe link in a BirdiePole email to stop future newsletter messages. You do not need to sign in. You can also contact privacy@birdiepole.com to unsubscribe or request access, correction, or deletion of your newsletter information.

We keep active signup information while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain the information needed to respect that choice and keep a record of your consent and withdrawal. If you request deletion, we will explain any limited information we need to retain to honor your preferences or meet legal requirements.

Questions or changes

Email privacy@birdiepole.com with a privacy question. If the way we handle newsletter information changes, we will update this page and its date.
